Our first question to any new client is, “Do you want to learn to speak the language OR would you rather hire a translator?” It takes time to learn a language, and for most, you won’t be as good as you are with your native tongue. Technology is the same. You have a sea of choices, an army of providers, and an encyclopedia of terms ranging from antiquated to buzz words.
At CRS we make it easy, and we make it simple. First, we filter out all the unnecessary options and wastes of your time. Second, we assess based on a go lean strategy. By go lean we mean lean in terms of spend and solutions. You want your budget and your technology to be in fighting shape. This does not mean we recommend what is lowest cost, this is just our perspective when we advise our clients. If you don’t need it, don’t buy it, so long as you know what you do need and focus on that. Third, we implement. We keep everyone on their toes. You are the customer, and an implementation project should not morph into a second job for you or your staff. We keep the vendors honest and on schedule. Then, whenever thing is working as it should be, we keep an eye on everything. Most solutions require regular evaluations, and so we do that. We keep looking for the holes so that when we find them they are minor, maybe unnoticeable just how we want them. No one has ever complained about us being too critical of the vendors we monitor for our clients. Last, we stay engaged. Maybe you have a new site, or a move, an initiative or even just a question, and you want to have access to someone who can answer it without worrying about billable hours.
Providers pay us, you don’t. If we support you, our time is your time, so take advantage. We build trust, because trust saves times, and pays dividends. Our gold star is a referral from you, and know that if we have earned one we will be asking it.
From small to medium businesses with basic needs to the very complex we can help. Our advisors have a range of experience and reputation that makes all of our jobs easier, and we hope you will give us the chance to make at least one of your jobs a bit easier as well.
